Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Window (90 Minutes)
  We accept cancellation requests only within 90 minutes after an order is placed. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at support@salibazar.com. After the 90-minute window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

• Cancellation Fee
  All orders are automatically processed through our secure merchant processor or PayPal, incurring irreversible fees. While we understand that orders may need to be changed or canceled, we adhere to the following policy:

  • If you cancel within 90 minutes, we charge a 10% cancellation fee of the total order amount.
  • If your order has already shipped, you cannot cancel it. Instead, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. Any request received after shipment will be treated as a return with all applicable fees.

Order Modification

• Address Corrections & Changes
  Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages if the address you provide at checkout is incorrect. Double-check your details before submitting the order. If you notice an error (such as a wrong address), contact us within 90 minutes after placing the order at support@salibazar.com. Once this window has passed or the order is processed, changes may not be possible.
