Order Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellations are only accepted within 30 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at email@example.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. In case you contact us after 30 minutes, no order cancellation will be processed.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you are able to cancel within the given time frame (30 minutes after an order is placed), we charge 10% of the total amount of the order as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Please make sure that you insert a valid shipping address in the order form, we are not responsible for lost packages if the address you provided at checkout is not correct. We recommend you to double check the notes before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause non-delivery of ordered products. If you have noticed that the address notes were specified incorrectly, contact us within 30 minutes after an order is placed, to inform of the matter at firstname.lastname@example.org
