You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If the item is in your possession more than 14 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you refund or replacement.

Please do not send back the item without having a Returns Authorization Code and specified return address. We will not accept unauthorised returns.

Your return can only be approved based on the following reasons:

1.- Damaged item.

2.- Defective item.

3.- Incorrect item received.

4.- Missing parts/item.

Process for Returning an Item:

1. Contact us at: Returns Center

2. Provide us your Order Number andĀ email and the reason behind the return request.

3. If applicable, attach a picture of the product of damage or defect.

4. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please, allow 1 toĀ 5 business days for us to process your request.

5.-Ā If you request is approved, return the item to us. Items must be returned complete with free gifts, accessories, and in the original packaging with tags and labels attached. Returned items must be in unused/original condition, and must not be damaged by the purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in returning the item ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6.- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.Ā Initial shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Non-refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable by nature, once sold, no returns will be accepted. These items are listed as below:

2.- Cosmetics / Fragrances

3.- Liquid / Cream

4.- Edibles

Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

Order Cancelation

Cancellations are only accepted within 30 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@salibazar.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. In case you contact us after 30 minutes, no order cancellation will be processed.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you are able to cancel within the given time frame (30 minutes after an order is placed), we charge 10% of the total amount of the order as a cancellation fee.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow ourĀ Return Policies & Procedures.Ā The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Order Modification

Please make sure that you insert a valid shipping address in the order form, we are not responsible for lost packages or returned if the address you provided at checkout is not correct. We recommend you to double check the notes before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause non-delivery of ordered products. If you have noticed that the address notes were specified incorrectly, contact us within 30 minutes after an order is placed, to inform of the matter at support@salibazar.com

My order was ā€œreturned to senderā€, what do I do?

Step 1: Contact your nearest post office and provide them your tracking ID number to check on the status. The post office will have more information than what shows up on the tracking page.

Step 2: Contact us and give us your shipping address again. We will then double check on our end to make sure it was sent to the correct address.

Step 3: If the address you provided in the email matches with your shipping address in our system, we are willing to send you a replacement or refund. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages or returned if the address you provided at checkout is not correct. If this happens there will be no right to refund.
